If you are here for work, my house is a 5min drive to the regional medical center and 10min to Kaiser and the VA. This is the guest room in a 2bd/1bath house where I live in with my cat. The room has everything you'll need with a queen bed, desk, and ample closet space plus amenities for your comfort. The bathroom is shared. There is plenty of free and safe street parking.
