Beautiful and spacious Five bedroom, three and a half bathroom house just steps from the water! Enjoy this fully equipped, luxury retreat with water views, a sweeping master suite, and plenty of parking for the family. ★ Wi-Fi ★ Waterfront w/ Dock & (2) Boatslips ★ Home Gym ★ Sauna ★ Jacuzzi tub ★ Outdoor Gas Grill ★ (2) Fireplaces 1st Floor: 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, den with Flat Screen TV and Fireplace, a home gym and laundry room. The two Queen bedrooms have the Full Jack and Jill bathroom each with private entrance. The third bedroom has Queen size bunk beds plus and additional Single pull-out bed below the lower bunk, for a total of 3 beds. Plus a bathroom across the hall with walk-in shower. Lower deck off Den with patio furniture and outside high-top counter with Outdoor Kitchen gas grill. 2nd floor: living room with fireplace, powder room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with walk-in shower/sauna, jacuzzi tub. Plus an office or 5th bedroom with a Queen Pull-Out bed. Doors lead out to the upper deck.

My husband, dogs, and I spent a month at this beautiful house on the water. We had the best time being in such a gorgeous environment. You are just far enough away from the busyness of the island, but close enough that to get to Margate is a quick 5 minute drive. We loved staying at Cindy’s house, and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

This place is spectacular. From the moment we pulled up I was thrilled. Exactly as described and more, if that's even possible. The appliances were pristine. The extra little touched did not go unnoticed-the flip flops, towels, life vest, slippers and more. I highly recommend this home!!!!

This house is located in a quaint boating community with a private beach, pool and restaurant on site. Minutes to public beaches and the action of Atlantic City Casinos and nightlife. Ocean City, a great Family Resort with a Boardwalk and Amusement Park and other beaches, Longport, Margate & Ventnor are a 5 to 10 minute drive. Many award winning Golf Courses are located throughout the area. This luxury home is equipped with a boat slip on the water of the Great Egg Harbor Bay. This special place has all the modern conveniences and amazing panoramic water views.
Please Note: There is a limit of 6 family members permitted at the Community Pool and Beach at one time.
Restaurant, pool and beach are a 1 minute walk from the house. The Grill and Pool are open seasonally. Pool opens Memorial Weekend. 6 family members permitted at the pool at a time. The pool has strict rules, no jumping, diving or ball playing in the pool. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street in front of the house.
