The place is extremely quiet and in a very walkable neighborhood . Wasn’t uncommon to see groups of 2-3 ladies out for a walk in the morning between 6-7am. Excellent location. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores and a planet fitness. Great deli (Emmanuel’s) < 1 mile away. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent storage in bedroom. Spacious closet. Kitchen is functional and well appointed with basic cooking necessities including blender and coffee maker. Nick is an excellent communicator. Received frequent texts about new guest arrivals. Loved talking about his artwork. He made space in fridge and cabinets for my groceries and storage containers. I cook a lot and never had any issues with food prep or storage during my two months here. Most guests do takeout so accessing kitchen when I wanted to cook was never an issue. Accommodations are cheap, cheerful, functional and quiet. This isn’t the Ritz but it has all a traveler needs to be comfortable during an extended stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nick's place. Recently got a new job in the area and still working out housing, this place helped with my transition. Nick is also an exceptional host, very accommodating. I had concerns about parking prior to arrival but theres a spot right infront of the house that is always available. All around, great place to stay.
