No doubt Manoj ji is a great host... This was my fourth stay among his listing. Abhimanyu is a great guy who was always there for any support.

the host is good, only issue is its away from the main market.. and Bhubaneswar station and very quite.. not much to eat around, you have to take rikshaw to move around. he helped us to keep our luggage after checkout also... overall good stay

Except the location everything was terrible. Irresponsive host. The rooms were unclean, damp and there were leftovers in the kitchen basin. The property is not at all advisable to stay especially if you are travelling with aged ones. The rooms are at second floor. Will not recommend to anyone
