Overall this was a really good space - tastefully decorated, great and comfortable common areas (living room, dining room & kitchen) and super clean - and worked fine as our homebase while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The only call out really is around the bedroom configuration. It's listed as a 3 bedroom rental, but felt more like a 2 bedroom to our group. There is one bedroom on the main floor with two doors that is a pass through between the living room and the bathroom. And there are two beds upstairs, but one is on the landing at the top of the stairs with no doors to close it off and only a curtain between it and the other bedroom. So really more of an open mezzanine. It was fine for sleeping, but didn't provide the private space we were expecting. But again, a really nicely cared for home and we would stay again with a smaller group.
