What an incredible experience! Very clean and well stocked! The views were amazing, and the stream running through the back that is visible from the kitchen sink made even the mundane like washing dishes feel special. We had plans to sight see more, but ended up spending most of our time relaxing on the back deck. We couldn’t get enough of the peace we felt here. It was exactly what we needed and are already planning a return trip!

All 5 stars! But BUT HOWEVER… I’ll be critical for some guests’ benefits that will relate to the tiny things the slightly SLIGHTLY MILDLY bothered me. So overall 5 stars period! 1. Picture of the nice stream/river in backyard is SEASONAL only. Obviously not a deal breaker but our kids really were wanting to “fish” or pretend to fish there. They picked the house SOLELY on that image. 2. Garage opening is barely able to accommodate a mid size SUV. If my wife was driving or another adult in our group… I was the only one with the PRECISION SKILL to be able to get in with the ice and fit safely. 3. The host seems to be NOWHERE LOCAL even tho that is in their name. I asked a few local questions and their answers were basically canned from a basic search like goo gle. I felt they were no where in the area (which is fine also, no issu That’s it! 3 tiny “dings” but will not bother most people. I would take my family here again. They were responsive and tried to assist as best they coul

This property was perfect for a weekend of skiing in Breckenridge! Only a few minutes from the resort with wonderful amenities and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group of 8. Host was very responsive and accommodating!

We enjoyed staying here for our annual ski trip! House was pristine and looked just like the photos. A quick 10 minute drive to town and the lifts. The hot tub was our favorite part after a long day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again!
