Well this might sound weird but this place is too good to be true. I have stayed in a number of 4 & 3 star hotels around UK and in Birmingham but this has stood out as exceptional. No hotel will give you a working kitchen with microwave, mini fridge, stove and even dishwasher with proper table and enough space to live in as a studio apartment. Once you actually let it sink in and understand what an awesome place you booked you will find the amenities even more amazing. Awesome sitting lobby with 24/7 free coffee, milk, juice and so more. Amazing breakfast and 3 days a week really nice evening drinks/tea. I am staying here for a week and just extended my stay for another 2-3 weeks and staff have been very helpful. As for location its right in the middle of city centre and those who know birmingham you can stand outside the hotel and see 2 main banks, train station, all the restaurants and new street just few yards away.
