Carlie was an amazing host, the cabin was beautiful as was the area. From the authentic cabin feel to the breathtaking scenery it was worth every penny. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to take a vacation near Traverse City.

The cabin really has all the amenities - inside and recreational - that you need. So quiet - with the exception of the occasional clanking of the heat. Beautiful place and an exceptional location for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes area!! Loved our stay.

If I could give Carlie 10 stars I would! My husband and I spent 5 1/2 days and loved every minute of it! She was so responsive to any questions we had! Everything you need is there! We highly recommend this property and will be back next year!

Carlie's cabin was perfect for our stay. The space was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary kids). We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the dock, a bonfire and s'mores lakeside and a great night's sleep in a quiet setting with a comfortable bed! The cabin gives you access to a small lake perfect for swimming, but is also within short driving distance of so many amazing attractions nearby. We visited Empire, Glen Arbor, Northport, Grand Traverse Lighthouse and Cedar within our 3 days in the area.
