This was the roughest experience I’ve had renting an airbnb, I rent often. The place needs major love and updating. For the price it was not worth it even though it’s very close to the beach. The listing looks different than the pictures, the beds are very comfortable and spacious. The whole place is old and needs maintenance, ceilings cracking, bathrooms are decent. On the staircase there was a few sharp rusty screws sticking out and I have 4 small children so that’s very dangerous…..the kitchen had no dish towels or paper towels, the eating utensils were rusty, as well as the curtains. Overall just needs to be looked at, maybe management has kinda neglected this one, I notice they own a lot of airbnbs. The good thing is that they asked what they need to fix in this unit so hopefully they actually take what I said to make this place better.
