Hastily created “campsite” to seemingly have more sites available for the eclipse crowd. I booked a real site but got assigned a newly created one that looked to have been a tractor mounted brush hog mowing job of the underbrush that left Yaupon stumps that messed up a tire. One port-o-potty for all the existing and newly created sites occupants. Heard freeway noise all night as site is fairly close to a busy roadway system. Would have been worth maybe $20 but not what I paid and definitely not what I saw the same sites going for the week before :( Host did a good job of communication

This was a perfect spot while staying in town... Very off grid vibe, weekend nights got a lot of traffic with other campers around. During the week felt like I had the place all to myself. They only "drawback" it is close to the highway so you CAN hear traffic all night... When you get the loud bikes / cars all night it's loud. Still an awesome place that I would stay again.
