A short, beautiful drive outside of Nashville, nestled within the trees and hills of Tennessee lies the unforgettable Cordell Cove glamping retreat. This site @ Blackberry Hill was created to be a truly restful and unplugged getaway. It can accommodate up to 2 people. We are located directly across from the lake and includes lake access at the end of the driveway! It is a lovely space romantic for couples, fun for a girls trip, or a wonderful place to unplug with a friend! Specific Details: Private wood fired hot tub! Off grid glamping site (solar lights, campfire cooking/coffee making, wood fired indoor stove for chilly fall & winter nights (will be closed early spring & summer). No wifi & cell service is very spotty. Amazing 225 sq ft glamping tent! 1 queen bed with luxury linens. Private bathroom structure with mirror for freshening up, toilet and essential toiletries. Outdoor shower (Amazing!! & seasonal April-October 31st or first freeze. Once we have an expected freezing temperature the shower has to be shut down). We supply firewood for the hot tub and indoor stove (seasonally) & recommend you bring 3 bundles for your campfire. Fire starters & matches are included for your convenience. 2 chairs to sit and relax on the deck. 2 chairs at the fire pit. Small propane stove (please bring your own 16oz propane cylinder for use.) Enjoy daytime views of the "mountains" and nighttime stargazing! Coffee, coffee pot, cream/sweetener, and a few extras are available at the site for your enjoyment! Please note that the glamping site sits on 15 wooded acres within nature's home and you may see some wildlife during your stay. **This particular site "Blackberry Hill" has a driveway up to the site. ***We do allow furry friends but please note, there is no fence at the site and we don't allow pets to be left unattended. ****If your looking for a "hike in" site with a private hot tub, check out our other site called ‘Jackson Hill’ @ Cordell Cove! -Nearby Activities- Hiking! Very close by at Periwinkle Hiking Trail Kayaking! We have lake access to bring and launch your own or you are welcome to use ours (first come first serve Memorial Day-Oct 1st). Wildwood Restaurant & Marina is about a 4 minute drive down the road! Wildwood Marina also has kayak, canoe, and pontoon boat rentals. There is a nice little beach area there too. Swimming! A kayak trip across the lake will take you to a swimming beach at Indian Creek Campground (they charge $7 per day). You could also take a short drive down the road to get there for swimming. Downtown Adventure! Gainesboro is a great little town to visit with a pub, distillery, restaurants, antiques, grocery market, & ice cream shop (about a 20 minute drive)! The amazing Cummins Falls Waterfall is about a 30 minute drive from our location too!
