The stay was relaxing and the ranch has an easy going atmosphere. We took advantage of the optional dinner and throughly enjoyed it. Glen was very friendly and helpful. He helped to setup my fishing tackle which resulted in my wife and I catching a few nice sized rainbows. The river is accessible and fun to play in. There was firewood at the sight when we arrived which made it convenient to have a morning fire. The location is an oasis that is surrounded by pasture lands outside of the valley. Glen also took us for a tour of the ranch in the side by side. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. My only recommendation is that the RV needs to be upgraded because it is starting to show its age.

It would be difficult to fully describe our stay at the ranch! Glenn is endlessly interesting with a very sharing spirit! He showed us his beautiful property and generously allowed us to roam about on our own, too. He also cooked a wonderful meal for us and was a charming host for the entire evening. I cannot recommend this experience enough! I know we will be back!

We loved staying at the ranch! We stayed in the trailer and had absolutely everything we needed. From tons of hot water to a squeaky clean room. We loved the big property for walking along the river, saw many sweet cows, caught a big ol 14 inch trout and went shooting. We were even offered some mechanical help when nobody else could. So much wonderful wonderful hospitality and the best two dogs in the world <3 Can't wait to come on back sometime

Our stay at the PR Ranch exceeded our expectations. It’s not the easiest place to get to, and that is part of the appeal. Glenn was super friendly and helpful, and allows the dogs to roam freely (his only rule is that they have to return home with you and not stay on the ranch, which one of our dogs wasn’t thrilled about!) His dogs are lots of fun too. Glenn gave us some eggs from his chickens and took us on a tour of the upper part of the ranch, which was beautiful. The fifth wheel is a perfect place to stay - nothing fancy but comfortable with more conveniences than tent camping (e.g. a bathroom!) They provided comfy camp chairs and a rug under the awning, and a very cool refurbished fire pit/fireplace that keeps the smoke going upwards instead of in your face. We enjoyed roasting weenies and s’mores with the wood provided. Lastly, the river frontage is so lovely and peaceful (bring your bug spray and/or long pants and shirts). The dogs loved it. We will be back as soon as possible!
