Malcom’s place is a very nice, clean, neat, comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities. It is kind of an art deco style, we found to be a warm and comfortable space. The neighborhood is one of SFs best in our opinion (NOPA) with beautiful Victorian and Edwardian style homes, each unique. Plenty of shops coffee shops etc and Divisadero a short walk with many restaurants. The Panhandle park is a block away. Great place!

Malcolm was a wonderful host and his place was the PERFECT place for our family of 3. The panhandle park is a short walk away and was a daily stop for us. Great coffee and food less than a minute walk away, super close to the muni stop. Malcolm was extremely responsive to questions. We WILL be back!

this is the second time my partner and i have stayed here. would stay a third time. i think that sums up how i feel about this place :) also great transit options! perfect if you want to get places quickly and save some money (or are transit geeks like my partner and i). also the italian deli on the corner is fantastic i highly recommend
