4.5/5 stars! What the Samual Sewall Inn lacks in modern updates it makes up for in hospitality. Susan, the on-site property manager was very helpful and friendly and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. The area was very walkable and offered everything you would need — Trader Joe’s, shops and restaurants, and super easy access to the T. If you’re looking for a safe, cozy, no-fuss place to stay, I would highly recommend the Samual Sewall Inn.

Seawall Inn is like going to a family member's house and staying over as much as possible or getting to the city and walking around all day to then come back to a cozy and hospitable home. My suggestion is to book more than a week if possible!

Luciana and her team were very responsive when I had questions. Upon arrival, the check-in process was easy, smooth and uneventful. The Inn was completely quiet, cozy and warm aesthetically and also in temperature. It was hot the day I checked in and I was so happy that the room had really good AC! The bathroom was immaculate (like, you could take a bath if you wanted to! :)). Most importantly, the bed was high quality and the linens were lovely. It's walkable to the shops, stores, the T, etc. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to.

Had a great stay. This is my second time staying here. Very clean, on a quiet street, yet close to shops, restaurants, and the T. If you forget soap, shampoo, conditioner, not to worry, they have nice Beekman products.
