The accommodation dates back to 1550’s. Amazing water views, very close to the ferry, shops & restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Added extras like soap for the washing machine included. A steep stair case to get to the property but absolutely worth every step! Fabulous & highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Vi elskede dette hjem og værten Giussepina der bød os velkommen og hele vejen igennem var meget behjælpsom og tilgængelig. Boligen er meget meget ren og pæn, og vinden fra havet blæser ind så man kan køle sig lidt ned i stuen. Vi spiste og solede på de forskellige terasser og nød øen. Der er masser af liv uden for huset, så der er noget at se på, men stille om natten. Vi elskede dette ophold, og kan kun anbefale det til andre. Tak for det.

The place was amazing, the apartment was a destination in itself. Shiny clean, right at the port, beautiful balcony with views to all the action at the small port. Just outside along the port is everything you need, and a stroll up to the historic centre was very nice all the way through the narrow streets. As well as seeing the apartment from the boat as you arrive the buses leaves from just outside if you want to venture around the island. We also walked to the famous beach with the scenes from the classic movie Il Postino, all is reachable. The host was there when we came, offered us water and gave us a tour of the apartment and offered plenty of information. Top place for a our family with two adults and two teens. Would definitely stay there again.

Procida is such a special place and this was made even better by Giuseppina and Patrizia. Patrizia met us at the accommodation and showed us around. It was a cute and well appointed apartment in a great location, just near the port. We did not need to drag our suitcases very far which was a plus. There is a flight of stairs leading up to the apartment which wasn’t an issue for us. Everything you need is right downstairs and the ladies had given us amazing recommendations. The real highlight is the rooftop area where you can enjoy sunset and a glass of wine. The ladies were attentive and we felt very taken care of. Giuseppina even came to send us off at the port on the day we left which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend.

This was our first visit to Procida and we had a fantastic stay at Raffaele’s place. First of all the location is amazing! The apartment is on the second floor of a historic 18th century building overlooking the Harbor. it is literally steps away from the port and as we disembarked the ferry we could see our host Giuseppina waving at us from the apartment balcony! 🥰 this made it very easy to find where to go, and especially convenient with the luggage. As you step out from the building entrance you are on the shoreline promenade: the bus stop and taxi stop right in front. to the left is the nearest beach just 2 mins walk (especially beautiful for the morning swim), and to the right is a stretch of restaurants, bars and shops. It felt lively but not overwhelming, very good vibe. During our stay there was a concert one night and an international community pot luck another night! Also really early in the morning you can catch a farmers market that happens right downstairs, there you can buy fresh produce directly off the trucks! Inside the apartment felt relaxing and quiet. It is very spacious and there are 2 outdoor patios upstairs. The kitchen and laundry room both really well equipped, and everything in the apartment looked recently renovated and sparkling clean. There’s an AC in every bedroom, but with great natural ventilation throughout I didn’t even need to turn it on often. Giuseppina was so lovely and welcoming, she made the check in and check out super smooth for us. Also she provided useful information about the island. We are grateful for her hospitality and hope to come back again!
