You could have charged twice as much money for this awesome accommodation and 5 stars does not do Joe and Esther justice for their unmatched hospitality. These people take you into their home and treat you like their family. You get to know and appreciate them after a short time. They love people and take great pleasure in making their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. They also prepare breakfast for you and let you cook in their kitchen. The accommodation is impeccable, both your rooms (nice room and bathroom) and the rest of the beautiful house. Joe and Esther can serve as an example for every young couple and show them how they would like to become when they get older. We will always book there again when we come to Iceland. This accommodation was by far the best of our trip and a well deserved rest after two weeks of Icelandic adventures. Thank you so much for EVERYRHING :) and we are sending cuddles for the dog Sebastian. :-) <3

Joe and Ester were perfect host. Especially, they were very helpful and proactive because they supported us in pushing Lufthansa for sending our luggage back, after they lost it in Keflavik (they phoned them a lot of time). They lent us their jackets too, that was very kind of them. Also, Joe was very friendly and talkative, a very good story teller. We strongly recommend to stay at their home.

Vennlig, imøtekommende ektepar som var svært gjestfrie og lette at snakke med og lett at ha med seg barna dit. Stort fint hus med tre utleieromm men plass til to i hvert rom.

The stay was excellent with very nice, friendly, and helpful hosts. They gave great recommendations for things to do in the area, some of which were items we may have missed otherwise. A satiating breakfast is provided in the mornings which was a great start to our day. The location is nice, with easy access to KEF airport, the Blue Lagoon, and Reykjavik by car. We would definitely recommend this place!

Please, consider to start your travel in Iceland from here: you will get so many helpful advice about this amazing island. Everything was perfect: the house, the kitchen, our bedroom, the breakfast… Thanks again for everything!
