Had an amazing trip visiting Playa Del Carmen and this Airbnb was a big part of that. Thomas was very responsive and friendly, answered all my questions in a timely manner. The place was perfect for a traveling couple, short walk to beach, while still being peaceful in the evenings.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location for us! We walked on 5th Avenue almost everyday and this is so close, also across the street from the supermarket and my favorite taco place! The view from the pool is amazing! We’re definitely staying here on our next visit to Playa del Carmen!

Thomas was very responsive and helpful location was walkable to everything you need with grocery store across. Clean and tidy. only would say that the bathroom is a little tight. shower stall I believe needs an upgrade. water bottle left for consumption which is nice. would be great to get a few more pots/ frying pans- in better condition felt very safe One thing that was problematic was no instructions from concierge easiest way to find room... i got confused a couple of times until I finally figured it out. additionally was barely able to get elevator so be prepared to do stairs Overall a great place to stay if you want quiet/ lots around to walk to/ clean and quaint with sense of safety

Todo estuvo perfecto, las instalaciones del lugar están en perfectas condiciones, es igual a cómo aparece en fotos y las descripciones. Es un lugar tranquilo y hay muchas actividades las cuales puedes realizar. En cuanto a la comunicación de Thomas siempre estuvo para apoyarnos con cualquier cosa que se nos ofreciera. Esta es una buena opción para que se puedan hospedar ✨✨

I highly recommend Thomas’s place. Zero issues with our stay! Super clean, exactly as described, walkable to beach and a street full of great restaurants and etc.
