Spandana farm House is a private cottage, situated in lush green farmland, just 1 minute from Big Banyan Tree. Enjoy the cozy country feel, while being close enough to the city. Pool, sports room, tents, and fire pits make it perfect for families, friends, and work retreats. Note (Swimming Pool needs to be reserved at least 3days prior to the dates of the booking for an extra cost )

Property is well maintained, peaceful, walkable distance from Big banyan tree. Care taker doesn't prepare food, so guest need to drive out, or order food online, pool didn't have water, so it is of no use, guest need to inform 2 days prior to fill it.
Cottage was a nice place for stay, very clean. Just that during summer it’s hot in the afternoon. Otherwise really good.
