I own a rental home in the Fraser Valley and occasionally we stay at other nearby rentals when our place is booked. We had previously stayed at another unit in the same building and had enjoyed the location and the included features, so booking this unit felt acceptable for the price. This home is bare bones operation, which was perfectly suited for us. We needed a cheaper place to stay that was close to the ski area. If you are looking for a laundry included setup, choose elsewhere. If you want your rental home to have a few extra inclusions, look elsewhere. This setup is great for the budget minded skiers who want to fill the unit and get in some turns.

Very easy to get to Winter Park Ski Resort. The bus stop is just a few steps outside the door and comes on schedule. The fireplace was very easy to use. Like other reviews have said, the condo is very bare bones. Don't expect there to be any leftover spices or anything like that. There was just salt and pepper and maybe some cooking oil when we arrived. We also couldn't figure out how to use any of the streaming services on the TV, but admittedly didn't reach out for help. They were very communicative so I'd imagine they could've fixed that for us, but it was fun to watch cable again. Overall, easy place to stay at for some skiing!

The condo was clean. But was set up more like a hotel. All dishes and utensils. Very simple set up.

Yes, the 5pm check-in, 9am check-out is real. Not only is this completely unreasonable, but I have a feeling they stagger check-in/out times; we spoke to a family staying next to us and their check-out time was 11am. Everyone should have the same check-in/out times, period. FYI - advert says queen size bed in the bedroom, it's definitely a king. Gas fireplace - not logs. There are no spices/oils/general cooking basics so be prepared to bring your own.
