Terrible experience - booked through Airbnb, but home is part of Trident, a property management company that manages it for a private owner. Even then, there is a “local manager” that is not part of Trident Homes. Airbnb listed ‘heat not included’ on the amenities, while Trident said heat/utilities would be paid separately to the on-site manager. Prior to arriving I spoke with the local manager and she assured me heat/utilities were included. Checked-in with my family on a cold night, home was extremely musty/moldy smelling - there was no heat or hot water. It appeared as if no-one had been there in quite some time. Could not get in touch with the ‘local manager’, messaged Trident Homes and got no response. Messaged Airbnb, who was very responsive - but also not able to get in touch with anyone about the property. Long story short - checked out and went to a hotel. This home was unlivable in the Irish winter. The smell was unbearable. Lost our money too, no refund authorized.

We had a great stay! The hosts we very helpful and accommodating. Peaceful cottage with everything you need, near everything you need.

Wonderful stay. The town ran out of water and our host was most gracious about the inconvenience. Only happened once before in the last 50 years. The cottage was perfect for a family of 5 with a beautiful view of Dingle Bay. It was so peaceful with the sounds of many birds which made the whole experience relaxing.
