We went to Eureka with two other couples and this place was perfect. Great location. Private spaces for each couple but multiple areas we could all hang out. The fire pit and waterfall were amazing. Great place.

Joe was fantastic, quick to respond but not invasive. The place is beautiful and, perhaps, the perfect Eureka Springs location. The property provides maximum privacy for each guest. It feels like three apartments with a central living area. Would definitely do again.

Excellent location! My family (four adults) stayed here for a long thanksgiving holiday and it was the perfect size, provided the right amount of privacy, and was easily walkable to downtown Eureka Springs. Would highly recommend.

Joes place is fantastic! We had everything we needed and the accommodations were very nice. We will definitely be back!

We spent 4 days at Joes place(cottage and penthouse), during our stay in eureka springs for our wedding weekend. Was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for, and a great experience overall. 5 minute walk to downtown, and close to everything you want to do in town. I could go on and on, but I highly recommend booking Joes cottage.
