The location was perfect - close to the main station and main attractions. We walked almost everywhere. The apartment was clean and tidy although the dishwasher initially had a bad smell which improved when we added salt to it. The Best Rent was very attentive and proactive. I'll certainly recommend this apartment to others.

The apartment was lovely and clean. We arrived 20 min earlier after a long day and relocating from a very dirty booking. The cleaning staff treated us and were kind enough to call the rental agency to see if we would be permitted to enter the unit early since it was just cleaned. I cannot express the gratefulness to the staff- first the cleaning/maintenance. Their small act of kindness meant we were able to shower in a comfortable and clean space 20 min earlier than check-in. Thank you the rental company for approving us entering the apartment early. This does not happen often however the small acts of generosity mean a lot to travelers. It is greatly appreciated. The apartment was lovely- not overly crowded with decor, homey, and in a convenient location.

Could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Host is super responsive. Having two bathrooms was super nice. Also the elevator was a life saver since the apartment was on the 5th floor.
