Great location but no access to a pool. This is definitely a surfer dude’s bachelor pad who is not concerned with cleanliness, safety, hospitality or cooking. Please understand, this is a sublet owner who is leasing the 3rd and 4th floors who appears not interested in maintaining the property. Also, the 4th floor is used for AA meetings Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for a couple of hours. I look forward to seeing if the new owners care about their guests and property. I have stayed on the 1st and 2nd floors many times in the past while under the Frog Pad’s management team who are awesome . Thank you.

This place is a gem! Responsive host. Great layout. Loved the covered porch and 4th-floor yoga studio. Close to restaurants. No need for a rental car to get around because there were Tuk Tuks (think open-air taxis) parked right around the corner. There is a fun spiral staircase to access the AirBnB. Overall great stay. We will definitely be back!

Place is great. Nosara is gorgeous. Scott’s place was perfect for my family of four. Very nice neighbors downstairs. Excellent experience.

Overall Scott’s home amazing, from location , to the set-up , space and relative quiet compared to most of Guiones which is under lots of construction. The yoga studio on the 4th floor was spacious and beautiful, equipped with yoga mats , straps , hammock. 3rd story deck also a great place to read and hang out . Couldn’t be better located for access to restaurants , beach , and surf shop. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms well appointed . Plenty of towels and beach towels provided as well. Grounds beautiful and the outdoor shower a definite plus . Would happily return .
