For the price, this place was amazing for our group. Had we had small children or anticipated a nice back yard experience, my review would be different. The back yard was not maintained and had observable broken glass and scattered trash.

Mature working class neighborhood with mos homes built in the 1950's or 1960's, located adjacent to St John's Bluff and Atlantic Blvd with easy road access. convenient to 9A and Jacksonville Beach.
Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
