La villa est très belle et spacieuse. Toutes les commodités annoncées sont très appréciées: piscine chauffée, spa, chaises longues, etc. Cependant, il manque beaucoup d’équipement dans la cuisine. Le logement se loue par semaine et a une grande cuisine, il semble donc logique d’avoir le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Il n’y avait pas de mitaines à four, d’huile, de sel et poivre. De plus, si on souhaite conserver la villa propre pendant notre séjour, c’est bien difficile puisqu’on ne fournit pas de nettoyant tout usage, de guenilles, de sacs de poubelle. C’est un gros manque considérant le temps que nous y passions ainsi que le prix payé. Pour ce qui est de la propreté de l’appartement, c’était correcte, sans plus. Il manque certainement d’amour et d’attention afin que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. Je recommande malgré tout pour la piscine privée chauffée et le calme de l’endroit.
Valor excessivo para a casa que é mas este ano os preços no Algarve estão todos MUITO inflacionados. Casa pouco cuidada a nível de pintura e manutenção. Limpeza pouco cuidada a todos os níveis janelas e parapeitos bastante sujos. chão de toda a casa, espaço exterior pouco cuidado, deck de piscina e piscina com tela suja a volta. A casa está bem localizada num condomínio simpático e a 10m a pé do centro de Albufeira. Primeira semana vizinhos bastante agradáveis mas péssimos na segunda semana, vai da sorte como em qualquer casa. A nível de cozinha, Wc, quartos e arrumação muito bem equipada para 4/6 pessoas.
Beautiful Villa plenty of untensils, a little bit further away from restaurants & bars than we anticipated. You definitely need a car.
The house is lovely and has everything for you. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is a few minutes drive from the house, slightly too far to walk. There is a nice grocery store near by.
We loved the place! Quiet, private and a short distance to the old town and beaches. Having the heated pool was perfect for our 2 year old as was the garden for him to run around. Great location and brilliant host! Will be coming back in the future
