Carmen Interhome were very responsive & professional. We had a small issue with one of the bedroom blinds where it had gone all the way up - and they had it fixed that day! Communication was great - all via whats app or email - I could have phoned them which I did & they answered. Very good company & will definitley use again. Left my phone but they found & sent to me! The place was beautiful, located in the luxurious in Altea Hills, only issue we had was the pool area was on the level below the living area and didnt get as much sun as you did on the sun lounge area but this was a very small issue. We were there for the firework display again which is the 2nd Saturday in August every year - have to see it to believe it - like London New Years but for 15-20 minutes. The whole are is perfect for everyone - kids, restaurants (go to Nou Valentino in Altea La Vella) Make sure you go to the old town in the day & at nght - there is a big church in the centre square & restauarants

Estamos encantados con la villa! Cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. La villa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, todo muy cuidado y muy limpio. Las vistas espectaculares. Lastima no haber estado más días.
