Stables is an experience. the estate is well removed from the rushes of city and calm as anything. Woodstown beach is 10 min walk. Other tourist attractions (copper coast drive, Dunmore East , Waterford) are also easily accessible. Sam's house is rented as is - with all the furniture, kitchen accessories, crockery, beddings accessible to you. (Plus - lidl, Tesco is on a 10 min drive distance should you need) It's an old property with well done bathrooms and a large sitting room. A perfect home experience - It was cozy and warm like granny's big house. You would want to live there forever but you can't🫣

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s place. Sam was incredibly helpful and responsive. Nothing was a problem at all! Thoroughly recommend staying here!

Beautiful road leading up to a lovely little home! 10 min walk away from the beach. Maria and Sam were great hosts, infinitely recommend!

A+++++ Sam was the most brilliant host. So helpful and generous with her information and time. The avenue up to the house is stunning. We spent so much time there playing hide and seek, having picnics and just strolling. The beach is really close and we had a ball. We were unbelievably lucky to be offered an extra night by Sam, free of charge. We couldn't believe our luck and it says so much about the wonderful host she is. Thanks again Sam

Sam was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.  The house was very clean and there was a welcome hamper waiting for us when we arrived with treats for us and the boys too. It was a lovely suprise. We could not have asked for a better location. Just a short drive to the beach and Dunmore East. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay there again.
