Gulshat’s place was as shown in pictures and was extremely clean. Neighborhood was just outside town so parking was not an issue.Rooftop was beautiful, however, it was a little too cold to enjoy pool. It’s very close to town and I highly suggest taking a taxi because parking in town was difficult. There is a grocery store only a few steps from the apartment and has everything you could need. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, plates and cups but nothing additional for cooking like oil etc.. but not really an issue with the store so close. Would love to go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend this place!

Nestled above an enchanting bohemian furniture store, this apartment is a treasure trove of comfort and style. Each room is thoughtfully adorned with unique items from the shop below, creating an atmosphere that is both globally inspired and intimately cozy. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home immediately. The furnishings, rich with character, added a level of sophistication and charm that enhanced our stay. It was a delight to experience such a harmonious blend of decor that not only served as a feast for the eyes but also provided exceptional comfort. Highly recommended for those looking to immerse themselves in the town's antique charm while enjoying the comforts of a clean, well-appointed living space.

After initial concerns about the edge of town location we had a great stay. Débora was really responsive and always on hand, making us feel quite at home.

A very spacious and well equipped apartment with a large and (very cool) antique asian furniture shop downstairs. Walking distance to the beach (with a surfable lagoon during high tide), even when carrying full kiteboarding equipment. A large number of other kite spots are 10-15 minutes drive away. Ramon and Gulshat were very helpful with tips on how to pick the spot depending on the wind conditions for the day! We were also able to keep our kiting equipment in the shop space downstairs, which made it easy and quick to pack everything in the car and drive to one of the spots. We also made full use of the large and fully stocked kitchen and the supermarket around the corner that had a surprisingly big choice of seafood, as well as the huge terrace on the roof for chilling in the evening (with stunning sunsets) and sometimes for drying the kites. Ramon also had short term plans to upgrade the terrace with a pool and a few more things, but even completely barren it still had its charm. Definitely recommended.
