My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Alina & Matt were very helpful and their place was so cozy. We used the kayaks one day and had a blast. We were excited to have a waterfront view and enjoyed watching all the birds and boats that would go by. We did drive to a public beach on Okaloosa island almost every day of our stay because we’d rather be on the beach. But the condo was the perfect size for me and my husband. It was located away from all the hustle & bustle of Destin & Fort Walton but close enough we could eat at some of our favorite restaurants. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Matt & Alina were very responsive and answered all our questions very quickly and were very helpful!

This will be our new main stay when visiting Destin. Property is right on the main road but the unit is in the back of the building with parking. You will not be disappointed. Neighbors are extremely welcoming!

Alina and Matt’s place is absolutely lovely! The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was a dream, SO comfy. Easy check in and out. Our 5 year old enjoyed catching and releasing hermit crabs and snails around the dock. We were able to watch a dolphin swim right from our patio! We spent hours kayaking around the islands. A little slice of paradise.

There were many thoughtful touches- we loved the condo and the view! We enjoyed using the kayaks and looking at the water. The location is very quiet.
