A wonderful trip! The room, view and breakfast was amazing; Cherry and Duncan were extremely welcoming and always on hand to assist / advise regarding things to do!

Duncan and Cherry were amazing hosts! As soon as we arrived they greeted us with a warm welcome and were very keen to give us lots of suggestions for the local area. The place itself was picturesque and so peaceful, and not to mention the breakfast was amazing (we loved the homemade jam!). All in all, we would 100% recommend and thank you for the stay

What a warm welcome at Duncan’s and Cherrie’s and what a beatiful situated b&b! Looking out over the scenery of Argyll! Duncan and Cherrie are great host. Warm, welcoming. They have all sorts of maps for daytrips. The breakfast is everything and more. Pancakes, fresh fruits, smoothie, you name it.

Situé en plein cœur de la nature, ce lieu est très paisible et propice à la déconnexion. Duncan et Cherry sont des personnes attentionnées et passionnées qui veillent au bien-être de leurs hôtes. Le petit-déjeuner proposé par Cherry en est un exemple… n’hésitez surtout pas à y réserver une chambre!

We had such a lovely stay at Four Oaks. Duncan & Cherry were so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was tiptop with our own decking area overlooking the stunning mountains. Quite a view! There was a great variety of choices for breakfast - really delicious. Our hosts gave us lots of local information and even supplied cake for our walk on Kerrerar as they knew the local tea shop would be closed that day! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would absolutely recommend Four Oaks as a place to stay if planning to visit the area.
