We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful old building in a central location but not too noisy. Yes you can hear the trams passing and a few noisy people, but we slept very well here as the bed was comfortable and the apartment cosy (despite the wonderfully high ceiling!) The apartment is modern enough and clean, a bit of tlc in the bathroom perhaps needed but we had great water pressure and temperature in the shower. We previously visited Christchurch and stayed elsewhere, this time we wanted slightly more central, wanted free parking and a gym - this place ticked the boxes and when compared to other similar in the area we felt it was good value and would stay again.

Great place, central. Unfortunately I had an issue with the keys and couldn’t get in after being out at night. Ended up having to stay at friends

A lovely, well presented apartment in a grand old heritage building The apartment was very well equipped with everything needed supplied Sarah was a very helpful host, keeping in touch and providing easy access instructions Very centrally placed with lots of bar/restaurant options nearby together with shops and transport near too Will definitely stay again if in Christchurch and would highly recommend
