Bed linen and towels are prepared, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Beach towels are not offered. There is a barbecue and an outdoor shower in the yard. The covered terrace with a sea view is equipped with seating furniture and deckchairs. Given that the water is stored in a tank, at high temperatures in the summer, it is recommended to boil the water if you want to use it for drinking, or buy bottled drinking water. Water directly from the tank is good for cooking and washing. Electricity is 220 V, solar. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices, except mobile phone / laptop chargers. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for everyone who enjoys water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean herbs and spices - perfect for all nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Rental is possible from early spring to late autumn. Please note that pets are not accepted in this accommodation. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the property at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
