We stayed for a bit more than a month and it was simply a delight. The sea view is spectacular. It’s also a great starting point to do day trips. Our host was always reachable and is just a genuinely friendly person. Last but not least, the place was exactly as expected. The pictures are 100% telling the beautiful truth.

As with most "exit surveys" there is a certain amount of context to be applied to any rating. Overall we accomplished what we set out to do for a winter retreat. However, and this DOES NOT reflect on John in any way, it was unfortunate that the building is undergoing a massive refurbishing which is nearing its conclusion, but during our time it was annoying. This project should be wrapped up by the summer making the Gulf Shores all bright & shiny again. Whenever the condo board issued progress updates John immediately forwarded them to keep us in the loop. Other than that, for other minor matters, John was quickly responsive to resolve a situation and provided lots of information during & prior to arrival via e-mail or text messages. As for the unit itself, we found the bed to be very good, the shower water pressure exceptional, the HVAC perfectly functional and quiet, loads of storage space for clothes, luggage and "stuff", the fridge spacious with a great icemaker. Recommended.

Perfect! Incredible views! Super clean and feels like home! John was very responsive to questions. The bed is comfortable, super close parking spot, good water pressure in the shower, ice cold AC, the closet has tons of storage, there is plenty of kitchenware for cooking, and lots of beach gear in the hall closet. The balcony faces the gulf with a perfect view (nothing blocking any part of it). The worst part is having to leave! I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again!
