This is a brand new home built in 2021 with 3 bedrooms, 2 & half bathrooms & plenty of room for a large family gathering/a weekend away with friends. The house is located right in the heart of all your shopping, golfing, dining, parks and a variety of other entertainment. Minutes from La Quinta, Palm Desert and Coachella Music festival. Music outdoors is allowed at moderate levels before 10pm. Permit #: RVC-1039 The house’s most impressive features are outside its four walls. Starting with beautiful floor to ceiling sliding Patio Doors that brings the outside in. There is a brand new saltwater swimming pool with a tanning ledge and jetted spa with LED lights. On warmer nights, relax on the patio sofas or host an al fresco barbecue meal at one of the two dining areas. On cooler evenings, light the outdoor fire pit to keep the party going. Bring your basketball sneakers and “A” game for a game of hoops with your buddies on the brand new outdoor basketball half court. Basketballs are provided! Find plenty of fun with other indoor/outdoor games including Air Hockey, Pac-Man 12-in-1 arcade game and Cornhole. POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out. PET: • We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind $150 is refunded and $50 goes towards pet's stay. CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much! RULES: NO amplified music (should be cell phone or laptop level) excessive noise or music will not be tolerated willl not be tolerated. QUIET HOURS after 10 PM (no music and minimal human noise) CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance.
