I highly recommend Florian's place! Florian was an excellent host, incredibly caring and polite. My stay here a week ago was exceptional, as Florian went above and beyond to ensure both myself, my nephew, and his friend felt comfortable. If you're considering staying in Uttendorf, I urge you to consider Florian's place. Thank you so much Florian - I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Zentrale Lage, viele Ski Gebiete gut erreichbar, wie mit dem Auto,so auch mit dem Bus. Bäcker, Restaurant, Supermarkt, Bank alles im Ort vorhanden . Die Unterkunft sehr praktisch und gemütlich, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Beheizter, abschließbarer Ski Raum ( Ski Stall :-)) Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Familie. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Stayed for a week at Florian’s apartments between Xmas and NYE. I think the location is great if you come there for skiing. It was only half hour drive from Kitzbuhel, so it wasn’t onerous to drive up and down. There are a lot of ski slopes close to. There aren’t many things to do in the town itself, but there are few restaurants and groceries around within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Most kitchen appliances are quite old and probably need a replacement (like a stove or a kettle), but at the same time they work just fine, and create a unique experience. The price per night was a bit expensive for what it is, but considering it was a start of ski season and a holiday period, you would struggle to find anything a lot cheaper. Overall it was a great experience and thanks to Florian for hosting me.
