Cozy home has 2 bedrooms: master with 1 queen bed and second with 2 double beds. Livingroom sofa has double size pull-out bed. Walk-in shower; fully equipped kitchen; laundry room; and dining room that can serve as work space. We stock coffee, tea, and bottled water. Public golf nearby and access to private golf can be arranged. Great space for family comfort and fun. Board games, yard games, and various sports equipment, as well as outdoor grilling & gathering space provide plenty to keep the family entertained. The living room has a modern interior with two very comfortable couches (one has a sofa bed), coffee and end tables, a decorative fireplace, and a wall-mount TV. Direct TV is provided. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a spacious chest of drawers and a large closet. Luxurious sheets and room-darkening curtains add sleeping comfort. Hangers and extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are included. A small desk provides private workspace. The second bedroom has two full beds with a chest of drawers and a walk-in closet. Dining space is nestled in a nook by the kitchen with 6 place settings. Dining room can double as a work space - there is a table in the dining area that has nearby USB plugins accessible for a laptop and cellphone. Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy great "at home" cooking. The kitchen comes with all the necessary utensils to host 8 people. A Keurig for coffee, a new electric stove, and refrigerator are provided, along with toaster, multi-cooker, pots and pans, measuring cups, baking pans, and many more cooking utensils. If we don't have a cooking utensil in the kitchen that you need just let us know, and we may be able to get it for you. The Bathroom has modern interior with a walk in shower. It is equipped with bright lighting for putting on makeup and getting ready in the morning. Two terry cloth robes and plenty of towels and wash rags are provided. A hair dryer, shampoo, body gel and some basic toiletries are included. Laundry room has a washer and a gas dryer. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, laundry baskets, and iron and board are provided. The laundry room is under construction to provide a new workout space. Thank you for your patience on this. Back yard has a chain-link fence, gas grill, table with umbrella, and chairs. Or pack our cooler, grab our beach bag and volleyball or football, and head to one of the local lake beaches for lounging, or marinas for a boat rental. We also have both a men's and a ladies' set of golf clubs that can be borrowed upon request if you'd like to enjoy one of the area's golf courses. Taxes & Fees: The sales tax rate for this location is 9.5%. You will see the sales tax added to your booking as "Taxes." Beginning March 2022, the City of Ponca City has interpreted that its Hotel Tax of 8% applies to AirBnB bookings within city limits. You will see this Hotel Tax added to your booking as "Resort Fees." The City of Ponca City offers no exemption for long term stays. There are exemptions, however, for certain tax exempt entities, so please message us if you believe your booking may qualify for exemption.
