hands down my favorite property from sweet digs. absolutely beautiful interior and huge living area. you can tell there was recent renovations made and that the hosts really care about making a great experience with the new renovations. there was a set of new pans, tonnes of available kitchen items and cutlery. we ended up making a multiple course meal because we had so much space and equipment. the bedroom was quiet and the bed was soft and comfortable! Host for this unit was Peer, who even gave me a phone call to personally welcome me and make sure everything was okay with check in and the first few hours. It was a great stay. we can't wait to go back. Thanks again! Especially to Peer who was proactive the entire time.

On the day of my stay at 11 am with check in being at 4pm the host sent a message about moving me to a different location because of the weather. It snowed the night before but all roads were plowed, no buses on snow plan, and no cancellations in the city. After I expressed that it wasn’t a valid excuse, he then said that he would prepare the air bnb that I originally booked. Once I arrived the walkway towards the entrance of the airbnb was not shoveled in any way, which led to walking through the snow. After we got inside and settled it was okay for the most part. The hallways of the apartment were pretty noisy at times. I noticed food stuck on the silverware and sink and the shower water had an odor to it which made it unpleasant to shower. An incident happened regarding a couple in the building which led to the fire alarm being pulled at 8am on our check out day. The host didn’t really give any response to my message regarding this issue.

AVOID at all costs . Very dirty Airbnb when I stayed there was a dirty sock stuck to the wall, bugs in the cups , dirt on the floors which is crazy considering you pay an $85 cleaning fee!! Then when I was going to try and just get some rest I found hairs and dirt under the “freshly” made bed! Host was very inconsiderate and brushed off dirt issues . Save yourself from having to get a refund like me and book elsewhere !

Where do I begin.. For the price I paid with an $85 cleaning fee I just expected more. There were two motion sensor cameras one in the living room and another in the bedroom that were not disclaimed at any time. it made my girlfriend and I feel so uncomfortable. I had no choice but to cover them. Although the place was clean I nearly stepped on a metal rat trap that was lightly tucked under the bed.. Now for the juicy stuff! The first message I received from Sweet Diggs was. you will be fined for doing literally anything from stuff as simple as accidentally mixing the trash up. or not being checked out exactly on time or even showing up early. no showing up 10 minutes early unless you want a $55 fine. with an $85 cleaning fee it shouldn't matter if the trash isn't 100% sorted Im not being charged an extra $50 dollars because I put a straw wrapper in the wrong can. Started spamming me to leave them a review before I even checked in. Not worth the price.
