The condo is just as Jeremy advertises. We stayed for many weeks so we purchased a few things for the condo to make life more comfortable. Jeremy replied quickly to any concerns and had any issues taken care of immediately. The roof top was very enjoyable with the table and chairs he purchased at our request. The pool and grounds are maintained and beautiful. The street is busy with transportation options such as bus, mototaxi and taxi, and convenience stores are just a few steps away. The beaches are 7 to 15 minute mototaxie ride away. Depends where you want to go. There are barking dogs and roosters crowing, but they're not noisy all the time. We loved our stay in this condo at Manzanillo and will be back in the future. Thank you very much Jeremy!

El departamento es justo como se anuncia, como se ve en las fotos, muy cómodo, muy lindo, muy cuidado, y los servicios que ofrece son tal cual como lo menciona el anuncio, Jeremy es una persona que esta al pendiente y trata de resolver todo en forma y en tiempo, la verdad es que supero mis expectativas, estuvimos muy a gusto y muy contentos, en mi caso como viaje con niños ocupaba ciertas características, como el internet, utensilios para cocinar, lavar ropa, artículos de playa, el chromecast, la tele, etc. y de verdad es increible que todo lo que ofrecía el alojamiento me facilito la vida más cuando vas con niños, eso para mi fue lo más importante... y tuve un contratiempo y llegue de madrugada, y Jeremy estuvo al pendiente y llegando nos había dejado agua para tomar, café, jugo, snacks y fruta y eso fue un gran detalle porque a esa hora no había donde comprar nada y con el viaje tan largo que hicimos, cansados y con niños eso la verdad nos fue muy pero muy útil, todo excelente.

Jeremy was a very responsive host. He always responded quickly to messages we sent him. The apartment is in a very active, friendly local neighborhood. You can always find a Moto taxi or bus to take you wherever you want to go.

Jeremy is a very responsive host and communicates in a very timely manner when something is needed. He keeps his condo neat and tidy with all of the basics including a toaster oven which is very handy as there is no conventional oven in the apartment. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The apartment could use some additional pots and pans and some extra cups and saucers. Overall, it is a very comfortable and well kept space. As for the neighborhood it is quite rustic with a lot of traffic noise, barking dogs and roosters - it is a working class Mexican neighborhood- their are many taxis, mototaxis and buses that come right in front of the property so transportation is simple and inexpensive. The beach is not really within walking distance but easily reached in about 10 minutes by mototaxi. Our only disappointment was the pool area which had mostly broken pool furniture - the pool was nice but the pool area was not cleaned regularly until we complained and it did improve.

This is the best Air B n B that we have stayed in and we have stayed in them all over the world. Firstly Jeremy's communication was amazing. He set up a group ahead of our arrival and gave all the instructions on how to check in and where to get off our bus. Every time we needed help he replied immediately. Next the apartment. It's amazing! A comfy bed 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need, a super comfy sofa, with large tv that has chromecast, your own private roof terrace with BBQ and the pool and gardens are lovely. There's also a desk in the spare room where you can work from. The air con is super powerful and was a blessing because Manzanillo is crazy hot and humid. The only downside is the location. It's in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood you're just a bit away from things if you haven't got a car. Tuk tuks and Taxi's are constantly driving up and down the street outside and they're cheap so we just used those. Thanks for an amazing stay! Ali & Sarah
