Our stay in Kos was perfect. Sia is an amazing host: The communication with her is perfect and she is very kind. The property is exactely as shown in the pictures. It is also very clean and you have everything you need. The location is perfect. The beach of Marmari is nice and with the car, you are everywhere near by. Our stay was perfect.

La maison est très agréable et très calme, reposante... la propriétaire est très agréable, serviable et très disponible pour vous aider si besoin. Nous avons été très gâtés. Elle nous avait tout acheté pour le petit déjeuner et plus encore !!!! Nous recommandons !!!

Our Epta House was gorgeous, comfortable, amazingly well stocked, and conveniently located (<10 min walk to grocery store, 10-30 mins to several restaurants, and 20 mins to car rental places, shops, and the beach). We wished we could have stayed longer but it’s so popular we had to check out as planned so the next guests could enjoy it. Communication with our Host Sia was extremely easy and she is super proactive. She greeted us personally for check-in and check-out, and provided a list of recommended sights, restaurants (we tried 2 nearby from her list and they were both delicious!), and activities, along with car rental brochures. She even reached out to her local network to try to find us another Airbnb for a few more days on the island. She’s just a lovely human being. The space is beautifully designed and decorated with lovely touches inside and out—live plants🪴, comfortable furnishings, and crisp, clean linens. The entire place is spotless, even the landscaping outside looks like a tribe of gnomes comes out every night to tidy up. There’s a parking area in front of the home that can fit 2 small cars, and a front patio with a table, 4 chairs, and 2 loungers/sunbeds with (clean!!) cushions. Each of the seven homes are positioned on the land in such a way that there are no sight lines from one home into another, so it feels very private even though the neighboring houses are <10m away. A *LOT* of thought went into the design and it shows throughout. Inside, the home is quiet and stays the perfect temperature (during mid-October) with just a (screened) window open in the main living space. We did have one warm evening and the A/C unit in the main space quietly cooled the space down in about 10 mins (downstairs) and 30 minutes (loft). The 2x twin bedroom has its own unit. The washing machine works great, soap provided, and there’s a drying rack attached to the wall on the rear patio with clothes pins. The weather is so balmy clothes dry in no time at all! Wifi was easy to connect, consistent and had ample speed for streaming. There is a media stick in the TV but we had our own so I can’t speak to what’s available for free on theirs. The kitchen has everything you need and is laid out thoughtfully given the small space it occupies. There was a bounty of food stocked for us already—ham, cheese, fruit, butter, milk and a basket of delightful savory and sweet breads, along with bottled water, coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and (of course) oregano. 😊 There were plenty of dishes and utensils and even a sandwich press/waffle iron! (We stay at a lot of Airbnbs so I tend to get overly excited by uncommon, yet useful appliances and kitchen tools. 😬 The double bed is up a set of sturdy stairs in the loft. We found it a bit firm for our (American) taste but we slept comfortably and soundly nonetheless, and the linens were lovely. Keep in mind that you’re in the country so you may experience the neighborhood rooster and/or donkey alarm if you keep any windows open at night. With the windows shut, the place is blessedly quiet. The wood floor is beautiful and, like most wood, a bit creaky. Not a problem for just the 2 of us, but anyone in the main level bedroom would definitely hear if you were up and about. The bed also sits on a platform so there’s one small step down—not a problem but I was *very* aware to remember that when using the loo at night. The bathroom has great lighting, water pressure, and ample hot water. The toilet does not have a bidet feature/water nozzle but the shower does have both a large overhead rain shower head and a handheld shower wand. There is not a lot of vanity counter space but the cabinet under the sink is available and the 2x twin bedroom on the main level has a large chest of drawers. I HIGHLY recommend Epta House for anyone that wants a quiet, comfortable home away from home in the countryside! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We have had a amazing holiday at Sias place Epta house. The house is beautiful, very clean, modern and well equipt. In the area you can find everything you need for a lovely holiday; The best beaches, good tavernas/restaurants, supermarkets etc. Sia is the best host we have ever met. She is so kind and helpfull and we willl recomend her anyday. A good tip is to rent bicycles and explore the lovely Island.
