Villa Risposo is located in a beautiful village just 2km from the town of Novigrad. This part is surrounded by beautiful olive groves, vineyards of the famous winery Peršurić whose wines and wine products you can taste in a beautifully decorated cellar, all a few minutes away from Villa Riposo. Istralandija Water Park will delight the youngest, and is located 5 minutes away by car. Beautiful villa Riposo, built in a contemporary style, and stands out with its luxurious interior and excellent position. The villa is located only 2km from Novigrad, a small town in the northwestern part of Istria. The total area of Villa Riposo is 256 m2, and the total accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has 4 luxurious and air-conditioned bedrooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds. All rooms also have their own fully equipped ensuite bathrooms, one of which also has a beautiful relaxing bath. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa, and the others are on the upper floor, where you have a terrace where the jacuzzi is located and from which you will enjoy the peace and view of the sea that stretches in front of this luxurious beauty. The ground floor of the villa has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and additional toilet. On the spacious terrace and yard of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor table and a beautiful pool of 50m2. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. Inside the fully fenced yard is a beautiful green lawn. 4 parking spaces are available inside the yard. In the summer months in Novigrad, you will come across various festivals dedicated to the rich eno-gastronomic offer of Istria. Do not miss to visit the Festival of Chocoe and Wine, which will evoke all the gourmet pleasures, or the Festival of Istrian Malvasia, an indigenous variety of Istrian wine. Not far from Novigrad is the Aquapark Istralandia, whose water adventures will surely be enjoyed by the youngest. Eine super schöne Villa - sie ist noch besser als auf den Bildern auch die Sauna ist ein Highlight :) vom Check in bis zum Check Out lief alles perfekt. Das Whirlpoolwasser wurde sofort ausgetauscht als es gekippt ist. Wir mussten keine 5 Minuten warten….es fehlt absolut nichts in der Villa absolut empfehlenswert

Die Villa sieht in echt noch besser aus wie auf den Bildern, hier ist nichts zu viel versprochen! Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts (als Highlight muss man hier die Eiswürfelmaschine hervorheben). Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen Bad (mit Regendusche!) ausgestattet, dies macht es für eine große Gruppe für bis zu 8 Personen sehr angenehm. Ich denke zum Salzwasserpool und Whirlpool muss man nicht viel sagen, einfach ein Traum! Aber die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte ist der Host! Sie ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie hat sich sehr bemüht und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hatte. Als einziger Kritikpunkt könnte die Lage erwähnt werden. Die Nachbarschaft ist zwar sehr nett und höflich, jedoch verhindert die enge Nachbarschaft laute Musik (dies ist aber verständlich und sollte beim buchen eigentlich schon klar sein) Zusammengefasst ein Traumhafter Urlaub und nur zu empfehlen! ________________________________________________________________________________ The villa looks even better in real as in the pictures, here is nothing too much promised! Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen is equipped with everything and missing nothing (as a highlight here we must point out the ice maker). Each bedroom has a large bathroom (with rain shower!), this makes it very comfortable for a large group for up to 8 people. I think to the salt water pool and jacuzzi you do not have to say much, simply a dream! But the cherry on the cream pie is the host! She is very nice and accommodating. She tried very hard and always answered very quickly if you had questions or problems. The only criticism that could be mentioned is the location. The neighborhood is very nice and polite, but the close neighborhood prevents loud music (but this is understandable and should actually be clear when booking). In summary, a dream vacation and only to recommend!

All of this states the fact that Novigrad’s background is filled with a rich and very turbulent past.
