Best dessert camp to stay at in Merzouga! Enormous orange sand dunes right outside my door! Mohamed and Mimon were the most gracious hosts. Mimon gave us a tour and I learned so much! These guys are great. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I will come back again! Breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Everything was perfect, just as described and more. Excellent value and truly luxury desert experience for a good price. The camels provided for our family of 11 were ready at the designated place and the one hour ride to the camp unbelievably serene and easy riding for young and old. Upon arrival at the camp, Mitmud met us with delicious mint tea, showed us to our tents and the 5 kids promptly took up sand boarding until well after sunset. Dinner was delicious with course after course brought to us by Mitmud and his delightful smile. Then the campfire with drumming, dancing and sharing riddles drew everyone to participate while darkness fell and the stars began to pop out. The comfy beds and our tired bodies guaranteed a great sleep. None of us wanted to leave the next morning—we know now why the desert life and Berber culture of hospitality grows on everyone. We highly recommend the Zahara Luxury Desert Camp.

This desert camp was fantastic. The people were kind, engaging and informative. The camp lodgings were clean and stylish and the food was amazing. I plan on coming back- highly recommend.
