Such a beautiful mountain-top retreat! if you're up for being 30 minutes from downtown Asheville, this gorgeous cabin is an amazing opportunity to trade the hustle and bustle for a serene getaway. The views from the main room and the deck are just what you'd hope for in the NC mountains. Coffee mornings on the deck were our favorite, though the inside is lovely as well, with plenty of space and creature comforts. Things to know: - No cell service (great for disconnecting), though the wifi is very capable; I worked remotely with no issues - nearly any normal car could make the drive up the mountain in typical weather, but the drive down and additional distance to Asheville led us to choose 1 main outing per day, as opposed to coming and going I'd love to stay here again, amazing place to meet up and reconnect with family or friends!

Beautiful cabin with great views and firepit! Carrie was extremely responsive and kind to let us check-in early with some changes to our work schedules, including access to the hotspot which was incredibly helpful. The directions were easy to follow and just a short drive to Asheville for delicious food and beverages. We loved our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's cabin. The house was clean and the view from the cabin was amazing! Carrie was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was private and so peaceful. Property is highly recommended!

If you're on the fence about booking this place, don't be. BOOK IT!! I've stayed at many Airbnb's in very nice locations. None compare to this one. Everything in the house was immaculate. No junk, no broken down furniture or linens. All was perfect and photos absolutely accurate, no photo trickery! Owner is extremely responsive and helpful. This experience is the GOLD STANDARD for Airbnb's.
