Patrick has been an incredibly welcoming, flexible and friendly host. His property was perfect for our family as we were in the process of moving to Fort Collins. He was always quick to respond and very helpful when we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Patrick is a great host. Always responded immediately and communicated well. The house is cozy (another review had mentioned this and while it’s not immediately noticeable, it turns out to be true! Could be the comfy beds and sheets) and in a great location, centrally located in Fort Collins. We took advantage of the private fenced backyard and walking path through the neighborhood. We were between selling and moving into a new home so having access to the garage was a huge benefit.

we stayed for 5 weeks over the holidays and had a great stay. the home is cozy and in a great location with lots of stuff nearby. Patrick was a great host, and went above and beyond with recommendations when we asked.

Convenient location, near several groceries and lots of places to grab a bite. The neighborhood is wooded and has its own shady walking trails. Very pet friendly!
