Welcome to our fabulous, waterfront, studio cottage! Come relax and recharge at our beautiful property on Pocasset River, just five miles from the Bourne Bridge. Warm water beaches, bike paths, scrumptious restaurants and fun night spots are abundant and close by:) A lovely, village awaits at your doorstep; walking distance to everything you’d ever need! Your accommodating hosts, Mary Ellen & Dan respect your privacy, but are most delighted to help in anyway to make for your perfect stay! Meticulously maintained, smart studio - cozy, quiet and convenient! Perfect for two, pet-free zone. Top of the line queen sleeper sofa is comfortable with plush bedding and pillows. Truly feels like a regular bed, no metal bars and a cooling mattress topper provides added comfort. In addition to a full indoor bathroom with a large shower; there’s also a private outdoor shower with dressing area for an under the stars experience! Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge/freezer allow for quick meals on site. Also, BBQ for grilling. If available and with signed waiver, you’re free to enjoy the use of our two kayaks that can be launched right from the back yard!

Beautiful place, great hosts… probably one of the nicest places in Bourne, can’t say enough nice things about this place
Mary and Dan’s place was absolutely perfect! My wife and I stayed there and truly loved the cottage. Highly recommend to use them as your hosts, they really put a lot of thoughtfulness, energy, and time to give you an exceptional experience. They have created their own little oasis that every couple would find romantic. The place is so clean and really made the both of us happy but also relaxed. Can’t wait to stay there again !
We had an absolutely perfect get-a-way celebrating our anniversary at Mary Ellen and Dan's Cottage. The Cottage is beautifully appointed and they have thought of every little detail. Mary Ellen and Dan are kind, thoughtful, and welcoming and they are the perfect hosts. We enjoyed the kayaks, walking to the nearby beach, and long chats by the water watching the boats come in and out. The cottage is easy to get to and a short drive from the Bourne Bridge. We look forward to another visit later this summer!

We had a fabulous stay at the cottage! A super adorable and pristine place to call home for a couple of days. Highly recommend if you are considering the Cape ! Hosts were so amazing and responsive and I was thoroughly impressed.

Quiet, horseshoe-shaped street with minimal traffic and very safe. Location is within short walk to the Corner Cafe (breakfast/lunch) pizza and more restaurant (Graziella’s) convenience and hardware stores and places of worship. Local area offers several parks, walking, biking trails and of course - beautiful bay beaches.
Available parking on street or private driveway. Walk to many conveniences.

Hi, I’m recently retired (early) from a long career in healthcare management. Danny (my best friend) and I love boating, beaching and everything in between. We have fabulous families and a dozen grandchildren between us that keep us young and active. We enjoy Florida in winter and our beloved Cape Cod in the summer. We’re excited to become the best hosts ever in this new adventure and can’t wait to welcome you!
