The condo was the perfect location for visiting Grand Haven! Located in the heart of downtown but provided a quiet place to rest between activities. The rooftop deck had the best view of the musical fountain! The place contained everything you’d need for your stay and was very comfortable. They even had a pack n play and beach chairs and wagon available, which was a nice perk!

We enjoyed our stay at this Grand Haven condo. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Amazing location -- close to the water, walking/biking trails and many restaurants/coffee shops. Rooftop deck is perfect for watching the sunset and the musical fountain. Kevin and Erica were great hosts, very communicative and provided helpful tips and reminders. Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Great location to local spots and the condo was just as listed. Loved the rooftop for relaxing and watching the light show in the evening. Thank you Kevin and Erica!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect! It's right by all the restaurants and stores, but far enough away that it's not noisy. The only noise we heard was the garbage truck every morning around 6ish (except maybe Sunday?) in the master bedroom. It was quick though. We also heard faint music on the weekend from the waterfront stadium concerts, but the concerts only last for a couple hours until about 9pm. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet big enough to fit a pack n play or toddler bed (with the door open since there isn't ventilation in it!). The large bathroom is not connected but is across from the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is like an office converted into a bedroom. There aren't windows but it's a cozy little space with drawers that pull out of the bed frame. The 2nd bathroom is across from that bedroom. The hosts went above and beyond! Communication was great and they were always available via phone if we needed anything. They provided a beach wagon, beach towels, blanket, sand toys, a cooler, a pack n play, fans, an umbrella, laundry detergent, and some other various items. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including coffee pods for the Keurig. We loved that everything was well labeled! We especially loved the beach wagon that was provided. We were able to load it up to carry our stuff into the building since it's a bit of a walk from your car to the unit. The parking lot is directly outside the building, however, you need to walk some hallways and take the elevator up. We paid for a couple nights of overnight parking for the 2nd car in the lot across the street, and then realized you can park on the street in certain areas for free. The roof top balcony is great! Such a nice view of the musical fountain and the waterfront stadium. We loved relaxing on the couches and having dinner at the table. We look forward to coming back!
