The location is amazing. Nestled in the foothills of the Carpathians, the house is a short walk or drive from several excellent hiking routes. There is plenty to do for young children in the garden and also a small river that can be heard flowing at the bottom of the garden.

We traveled in a group of 9 people, including children, and we had s lovely stay. The place is gorgeous, the surroundings are beautiful, the area by the river is definitely a highlight for us! For those who intend to cook while staying here, especially if in larger groups, I suggest to focus on meals that can be prepared in the oven. For those with kids,the outside area is super fun for kids of all ages, and is super safe too, as the access to the river is gated. I certainly recommend a stay in this beautiful place!

Wonderful location, great hosts and very nice accomodation with a succesful blend of modern and rustic. We spent a lovely couple of days even in rainy weather, sitting at the fireplace and glancing out the windows at the mountains. Location is great for both outdoor adventures or garden relaxing when weather permits, as well as cozy, quality inside home activities.
