Fantastic location in Umdloti. Across the road from a great casual swimming beach with 3 excellent restaurant options just below. Accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There are very few options for people to travel with a dog so it was great to have found this one. There was an issue with the 3rd bedroom window which Clem was actively trying to fix but luckily we didn't need to use that room.

Although the host was friendly, the unit really needs a proper clean and appliances needs to be upgraded/replaced. The outside patio set had a broken chair. And the upholstery needs to be replaced or at least washed. Carpets are dirty. Globes not working Inside the furniture is torn, and does not seem to be moved to clean. The oven was in a terrible state when we got there. Also, no cleaner available - even though the listing shows cleaner is available. We also could not use the outside braai more than once, as the airvent seems to be blocked - we were smoked out and count not sit outside if we tried to make a fire. The unit felt dirty, outdated and for the price we paid, I expected a place that was more looked after.

Very nice place and highly recommended. Even though we had some challenges with some equipment in the house being broken, the hosts were responsive to our challenges quickly and efficiently. We do recommend the hosts do upgrade a few basic amenities, and if they do, it would be perfect.

amazing place to stay in an amazing part of the country.. only thing we wished was to stay for another week took our great dane and he loved all the dog friendly restaurants and beaches will be back again very soon

Had an incredible holiday in the best location and it is pet friendly!
