Clean, secure and appropriate for my quick overnight stay near airport. There is a bar nextdoor and busy roadway that create slight noise until late into the night. However I slept well from 12-8. (might want to consider ear plugs if you are a light sleeper)

So I decided to stay here because it was very close to the Cabo airport. I think it is ok if you are a sound sleeper, but if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend it. Pros: 1. Azhel is very nice and so are his workers downstairs. They help me with local and transportation questions 2. Place is a decent one bedroom one bath similar to the pictures posted 3. Right on the main road so easy to get around 4. Across the street from Chedraui, a major grocery store 5. Bus stop half a block away Cons: 1. The apartment is very dark as there is only one set of window at the kitchen 2. There are a lot of traffic noise because it is on the main road. 3. This is the main issue for me. The building is next to a strip club/bar. For the weekend I was there, they played music well passed 4 AM. If you are a light sleeper, I don't think this will work for you. This might not be an issue weekdays, but I don't know Overall, it was an ok stay for me since I only stayed for two nights

Azhel is a friendly, helpful host. I had only hot water in the shower, plus 3 other minor issues. Azhel had everything fixed in 1 day. 😁. Excellent AC. The location is across from a Chedraui grocery, and ATM. Also near a Domino's Pizza, and a candy store.

very affordable stay. quiet rear room with amenities. everything was brnd new, well worth the stay. very nice host. close to restaurants, conveniencestore.
