My family had an enjoyable & relaxing stay at Casa De Beach. It's a beautifully decorated townhouse furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture, state-of-the-art appliances, household items, and beach equipment. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness that Thomas has put into making his guests feel comfortable and right at home. The coziness of Casa De Beach is also reflected in the peaceful & friendly community in which it is located. We were pleased with the close proximity of the pool to the home, enjoyed morning walks within the community, and absolutely loved sitting on the screened in porch overlooking great landscape with a small pond. Casa De Beach is minutes away from Bethany Beach. Since we've visited all of the other coastal beach locales, we decided to spend our time on Bethany Beach & within the charming town of Frankford. We had a great time at the beach, dining at fabulous restaurants & playing mini golf. Casa De Beach is a gem, and we plan to stay here again!

The place was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, cozy, and felt like home. What stood out the most was the location to the pool and the comfortable beds! Thomas was always quick to respond and unbelievably respectful. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

We cant say enough great things about staying here. The home is spacious, layed out great with 3 floors, clean, beautifully decorated, and extremley equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is the most equipped kitchen ever. We even were able to use Thomas's beach umbrellas, chairs, and bikes! We loved the nearby community pool and we loved sitting outside on the screened in deck. This place is a real gem! Thomas was excellent at communicating with us and gave us lots of helpful informatuon for our stay.

Casa de Beach was just what we needed and more! To start, the house was SUPER clean and welcoming. The decor is beautifully updated and amenities were available for every need. When it's time to head out for things to do, the location is conveniently located near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. When it's time to hang out at "home", there is a selection of board games, TVs in every room, bikes to ride, and a covered porch overlooking the pond and lovely outdoor pool. The beds are comfortable with a selection of pillows to choose from, with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is great, it has "all the things" including updated appliances, kitchenware, and a washer/dryer! The host was friendly, responsive, and thorough. Communication was excellent and check-in/out was easy. They also provided plenty of recommendations based on their knowledge of the area. Our family was so comfortable here and we would DEFINITELY book with Thomas again! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

My family had an amazing experience in staying at Casa De Beach in Bethany Beach. The location is super convenient as it is close to the beach, great restaurants, groceries and other shopping options. The people in the community were welcoming and our host Thomas was very responsive and made us feel at home. The decor and ambience of the house is so beautiful that we didn't want to leave. Everything about the experience and the amenities were first class. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend it. Thank you for the hospitality!
