Great central location, very clean, friendly and helpful hosts. Have now stayed several times and would recommend!

Overall a decent place. There is a strong old apartment smell that candles can’t shake. The place is well equipped, sofas are new but very hard and obviously cheap. The window in the lounge area doesn’t lock, so some might be concerned about security. My laptop connected to the wifi no problem, but the TV and my iPhone 13 would lose the connection which is annoying mid movie or when using your phone. The laundry uses quarters so be aware as that’s a pain. The apartment has no dustpan, broom or vacuum so it’s hard to keep clean for month long stays. Adel’s team who are on site in the office are good and he communicates fast. Slight issue checking out; I left some items in the mirror cupboard in the bathroom and instead of putting them aside (value $300, and clearly new and sealed) the cleaner supposedly threw them away, luckily I didn’t leave my Rolex! A text or email would have been nice, to say they found 6-8 items, as it was clear I had cleaned and left everything else as found and in good order. I realized I’d left them 5 hours after checking out and contacted Adel and his team, also at least two days before anyone had moved in. They apparently were thrown down the trash shoot and his team informed me the building has trash collection everyday at 5pm, not that I ever saw a truck having stayed there for 5 weeks…but nice to know LA County is on top of trash collection so well…! Would have been 4* if not for the poor communication and “disappearance” of my belongings, but have to give it a 3* as something is clearly amiss.

Great host who was really flexible and accommodating of short rental notice. Gave a great tour of the place and check out was really easy.
